Record of Lodoss War

Well the story starts of with Parn who is a swordsman and for some reason the island of the monsters "Lodoss" are coming together to form an army that will battle the good. Parn meets up with Deedlit who is an elf with power over the spirits and he also meets with the other characters inside some ruins. A dragon attacks them and the basically crush the dragon and move on. They join the army that is fighting against the evil and then the two leaders come together.

*SPOILER ALERT

Do not read further unless you want to spoil the rest of the first series and the first half of the second.

Both of the armies fight against each other killing hundreds, as the two leaders battle the good starts to lose and dies, but before the enemy can rejoice a force of tremendous power named Karla kills the leader of the evil army and disappears. King Cashev takes the sword of light from his dead leader and walks away as Ashrum the second in command of the dark side takes the evil sword and leaves as well. Then the armies depart.

The battle between the main characters of good and evil goes on with the death of the dark mage (the one in the back, the one in the front is Ashrum).

As the groups continue to battle each other, Ashrum's friend also dies....

The two groups leave each other alone after a while and We move on to Record of Lodoss War Chronicles of the Heroic Knight.

The people on the good side meet up after a few months of being apart and go out in search of the septer of domination which ashram is about to get. The septer of Domination makes it so that every one bows to the owner of the Septer, the only reason that no one has already got it is because there is a dragon guarding it and this dragon goes out and terrorizes the country men of King Cashev.

Ashrum and king Cashev battle together to defeat the dragon and then battle with each other to claim the septer. Knowing the he will lose after a time, Ashrum makes a desperate lunge toward the septer but Parn knocks it out of the way and into a lava pit, never to be seen again. Ashrum who has no reason to live falls into the lava as well and that is the end of the first half of the second series.

I have not yet finished watching Lodoss so I do not know what happens.
