LAVOS
Lavos it the most powerful thing alive and your true mission is to beat it. It has three forms, the last two are a bit powerful. To beat the first form just attack the opponents with all of your attacks and spells. To beat the second form you should destroy one of the arms (the one that heals lavos) and then attack the rest with your power but make sure you have plenty of mega elixirs left. To beat the third form you have to be really quick so if you have a good marle use her and her haste 2 spells over and over again (also make sure to heal with her). If you have a gold stud the battle will be much easier. To defeat the third form I would use Chrono, Marle, and Magus. With Chrono use his confuse attacks on the center piece making sure that you have some MP left over after the center dies. With Magus use his Dark Matter spell and equip him with a gold stud. Don't worry if the right part is gaining hp. after the center and the right hand side dies use his physical attacks against the left hand side. You have to hurry because the all of the Lavos parts will revieve after 4-7 turns.
If you want to beat Lavos at the beginning of NEW GAME + go to Lucca's left teleporter and press attack to open a portal to fight Lavos and get the best ending.
